Please be aware that the stated weight is GROSS WEIGHT of the fish prior to processing. If you have selected Cleaned/Gutted/Cutlet Options, the weight will reduce up to 30%-40% from the gross weight. If you select the FILLETED option, the weight will reduce up to 50%-70% from the gross weight. The larger the size of the fish, the larger the weight reduction will be post-processing.
