Oysters Caviar & Smoked/Cured Items

Smoked Caviar is a highly prized caviar known for its exquisite flavour and texture. It comes from the roe of the Huso Huso sturgeon, the largest of the sturgeon species.

The eggs are medium to large in size, ranging in colour from dark grey with black pigments. The texture is smooth and creamy, with a delicate pop of flavour on the palate.

Smoked caviar is renowned for its rich, buttery, and salty taste. Also considered the least fishy type of caviar.
