Please be aware that the stated weight is GROSS WEIGHT of the fish prior to processing. If you have selected Cleaned/Gutted/Cutlet Options, the weight will reduce up to 30%-40% from the  gross weight. If you select the FILLETED option, the weight will reduce up to 50%-70% from the gross weight. The larger the size of the fish, the larger the weight reduction will be post-processing.

• Ocean Trouts are similar in taste to Atlantic Salmon, but it is more subtle and less salty. They are oily fish with a firm rosy pink/orange flesh and mild flavour. They have a high fat content and are rich in omega 3 oils.
• They are versatile fishes that can be prepared in several ways including steaming, baking, barbecuing, grilling, poaching, and smoking.
